A Heart That Gives - A Unit Study at Christmas About Gratitude

A giving heart is a heart full of gratitude. People who practice or regularly feel gratitude are more likely to help others, serve, share, donate, and give back. Our communities are better places when people look outside themselves and give. But don't think that giving is just for adults. Kids can be givers, too! Research shows that people who give to others are happier and healthier! In this unit, students will learn all about giving - what it looks like, how giving can impact them personally, and most importantly, how their giving can impact not only their community but their world as well.
